1. (1) These rules may be alleged the Mineral Attention and Development (Amendment) Rules, 2021.

(2) They shall appear into force on the date of their advertisement in the Official Gazette.

2. 7. In the arch rules, in aphorism 9,—

(iii) in sub-rule (1), the words “mines in the country” shall be omitted;

(v) in sub-rule (5),—
